TINO
VHERIWA

My full name is actually Tinotenda Vheriwa, however, I shorten it to Tino as a clever strategy to save time and be efficient! Also, I figured it's much easier for people to remember Tino than saying my full name without stumbling over their words.

The skill I value the most is my ability to learn and adapt to new skills within business and technology. I am naturally a marketer and graphic designer looking to combine these skills into Product Design and UX/UI. I am fascinated by the psychological aspects of marketing and user experience, why people decide to buy, their pain points, and how to minimize or eliminate them, the overall customer journey is a complex puzzle that can be solved by minute changes that can make a huge difference.

Hey,

Creativity!

I have received my bachelor's in Organizational Communications and at this very moment, I am a couple of semesters away from attaining my master's in Global Strategic Communications and Art Direction. I have also had the pleasure to have worked as a Marketing Intern at Symbio Global and a Marketing Specialist at Segal Trials which is a clinical trials company(very eye-opening experience).

Coming from a family business background has afforded me the opportunity to be able to see the works of a business from the inside out, and watching it scale from a small business to a household brand has been advantageous. I have also tried my hand at entrepreneurship which is what led me to learn and acquire a plethora of skills as I have had to wear many hats in the ventures. From video editing to photography, music production to logo design, apparel creation to brand management, campaign development, data analysis, UX design to web design, and even social media management, I've got the tools and expertise to help a vision come to life and make a difference.

I like to balance my creativity with a healthy dose of physical activity. You can find me on the basketball court, at the gym, or at social rugby on Sundays! I'm also a passionate advocate for giving back. I have the pleasure of being on the Junior Board for the Center for Total Transformation in Zimbabwe, which caters to underprivileged and vulnerable children of the Norton area in Harare. Providing them with education, food, and shelter where needed. Making a positive impact no matter how small brings me joy!
